Prospective bidders are required to send their requests for electronic standard bidding documents to the following email address: pmubinduramunicipality@gmail.com as from the 29th of March 2021.
Hard copies of standard bidding documents are also available and can be obtained as from the 29th of March 2021 from the Procurement Management Unit (PMU) office, 565 Thurlows Avenue, Bindura, upon payment to CBZ Bindura Municipality Town Account number 66261165250038 of a non-refundable fee of eight hundred dollars ($ 800.00 RTGS) per bid document. Bidders will be issued with a receipt for payment of the standard bidding document.
Tenderers who wish to participate in the above tender must submit bids which are bound, enclosed in sealed envelopes and endorsed on the outside with the tender number, tender description, closing date and time. The bids must be addressed to:

Note: a) Bids received after 1000 hours on the closing date will be treated as late
bids and will be rejected.
- b) The opening of bids shall be conducted in public on the closing date and
bidders are free to witness the opening of bids. However, the bidders who
choose to witness the opening of the bids must religiously observe the Public
Health (COVID 19) Prevention, Containment and Treatment regulations.
