- Preparation of Annual and Strategic Plans (formulation of policies, investment policies, infrastructure
- development plans, and growth management strategies)
- Land Use Planning and Zoning
- Development Control (Regulate and monitor developments to ensure compliance with approved plans
- and planning laws).
- Preparation of layout plans and site plans (industrial, commercial, and residential) in accordance with
- the Regional, Town and Country Planning Act [Chapter 29:12].
- Land Surveys (Conduct topographic, cadastral, and tachymetric surveys of public and private facilities
- for planning, design, and development purposes).
- Transport Management (Develop and manage transport and traffic systems to ensure efficiency).
- Preparation of statutory plans (e.g., master plans, local subject plans, local development plans, etc.)
- in accordance with the Regional, Town and Country Planning Act [Chapter 29:12].”
