WORKS DEPARTMENT

The Engineering and Technical Services Department`s main function is to provide all Engineering and Technical Services to the customers of the City of Bindura. A Civil engineer heads the department.

Department’s Overall Functions

i) Provision of planning services and development control.

ii) Provision of portable water.

iii) To provide sewerage and waste water disposal.

iv) To provide and maintain roads infrastructure.

v) To provide and maintain public lighting infrastructure.

vi) To acquire and maintain plant and equipment.
